Process Step 1. A request is made
I created a Google Form that is a webpage. Clients make a written request from this website, starting a creative brief with required deadlines and scope.
Process Step 2. A record is created and stored
The request is kept on a Google sheet, accessible from anywhere.

A Zap is instantly triggered from the Google Sheet, sending the request to step 4.
Process step 4
A new request appears in the INCOMING list on the project Trello board. Everyone on the team can see new requests as they come in.
